At Maria.B. Designs, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain unworn, unwashed, and with original designer tags intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or visit our Returns Center to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice and all accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Studio

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
